1. Windows Live 실행 종료

2. Command 창에서 다음을 순서대로 실행

regsvr32 softpub.dll
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 dssenh.dll
regsvr32 rsaenh.dll
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 sccbase.dll
regsvr32 slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll

3. 아래 경로를 찾아감. 실행 창에서 아래 경로를 넣고 "엔터"키를 누르면 이동가능

4. "Windows Live Contact" 폴더 삭제

5. Windows Live 실행 및 로그인
